I am a qualified teacher with over 25 years of experience.  I have taught in all areas of education from nursery to university post graduates courses and have extensive experience in SEND teaching in primary, secondary and SEN settings.  I am a dyslexia and dyscalculia specialist and have also studied counselling skills and life coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have incorporated these into my work with children.

Supporting good mental health is vital so I have trained as a Mental Health First Aider and a Place2Be Mental Health Champion.  My passion is to nurture the development of students with specific learning difficulties both academically and emotionally.

My vision is a world in which all children can learn and grow with confidence to become well-rounded individuals.  With the appropriate academic and emotional support, children can go on to achieve amazing things.
